RELENTLESSLY OVERWHELMED?

List Illustration

LET'S CHANGE THAT.

So, you have late-diagnosed ADHD, and know the way you function is 'different' ...but now what?!

Exhausting, isn't it?

Ten to-do lists in eight different places • Being late again even though you had 3 hours to get ready • The paralysis when you try to start something • A weird sense that you aren't really connected to who you are... Wondering if you'll ever get to truly feel good about yourself.

If your inner chaos is showing up everywhere from your identity, to your relationship, to your job, to your health - let's make it better, together.

Life doesn't have to feel this hard forever.

Hi, I’m Dhruti!

I created The Inner Chaos Club for people who are fed up with life feeling like an endless struggle, especially those discovering their neurodivergence later in life.

My approach isn't just about tools and systems. It's about learning who you are when you stop forcing yourself to do things the way you think you should, and finding ease in doing things the way you actually can

Let go of the guilt, the shame, the pressure to prove yourself, and get off the path to burnout.

Let's figure out how you can enjoy life, rather than just surviving it...

Sound familiar?

If you're nodding while reading these - I totally get it, I've been there too!

You always feel like you're just not doing enough

You're tired of forgetting things and messing up

Starting and finishing tasks feels hard

You feel your emotions are always 'too big'

You don't feel fully present or connected to yourself

You struggle with things that seem easy to others

So, how can I help?

From long-term change to just getting through the day, there's something here for where you're at right now.

ADHD Life Coaching

You've spent decades trying to function like everyone else, it's time to learn what works for your brain, reduce frustration, and reconnect to yourself.

ADHD at Work

If you're using too much energy on the basics at work, are always on catch-up mode, but want to create space for you to progress.

The Life Audit

For when you don't even know where to start... learn exactly where you are right now, and make a realistic plan to move forward

It has truly been a delight working with Dhruti over the last few months! She has helped me navigate what seemed an enormous minefield in relearning my brain through an ADHD lens, and I am so grateful to have had her support.

Apart from her excellent knowledge and coaching skills, she is genuinely a lovely person and always helped me to feel comfortable and safe to talk about absolutely anything.

The extra support between sessions was great, and she made the admin side extremely easy for me too.

I would highly recommend!

This is the corner of the internet where real ADHD life is talked about openly and honestly.

In keeping with the theme of honesty - I should tell you that my newsletter doesn't really exist yet. It will one day, but for now you'll only get an email if I write a new blog, have something exciting to share, or send the occasional reminder to drink water because.... I know how it is my fellow dehydrated darlings!
