Frequently Asked Questions

(and some things I'm sure people think but don't ask!)

Reconnect with who you are

Why you're in good hands

I am an ICF Accredited Transformational Life Coach, which means I'm trained to work ethically, professionally, and within clear coaching standards set by the International Coaching Federation.

I am also a Certified ADHD Coach, with various specific training in supporting adults with ADHD in ways that are affirming rather than corrective. I have a degree in Psychology, a formal level 2 certificate in Counselling Skills, and I continue to engage in CPD across various subjects.

I'm fully insured, GDPR trained, registered with ICO, and have full ICF membership.

As well as all the official boring stuff - I'm also a late diagnosed Inattentive ADHDer. So this work is shaped by lived experience too. And yes, I am BFF to my inner chaos, which turns out to be very useful in this line of work!

What to expect

Working with me is focused on understanding how your brain works and reducing the friction that makes everyday life feel harder.

You can expect a calm, non judgemental space where we slow things down, untangle what is actually going on, and build support that fits your real life.

Sessions are reflective as well as practical. We explore patterns, emotional load, decision making, and the points where you tend to get stuck, without pushing productivity or forcing change before you are ready.

You'll learn to see things through a different lens, make change that lasts, and get to know yourself on a deeper level
